Natalie’s expertise includes:

• Transactional – M&A (including cross-border and competitive acquisitions and sale processes), farmouts, joint ventures, access (pipelines, infrastructure, land, third party), project development, income agreements (oil, gas, LNG, Ammonia, Hydrogen and CO2), royalty/stream, services agreements and transportation.)
• Regulatory advice and support – across Oil & Gas, LNG, hydrogen/ ammonia, CCS / CCUS and renewable energy.

• Advised Denison Gas Limited on the acquisition of the Denison Trough Petroleum project from APLNG and Santos and the development of the Westgrove 9 project for AU$180 million, including tolling arrangements through gas processing and pipelines infrastructure and on the marketing and sale of gas (Surat Basin).
• Advised PZE Limited on the acquisition of the Silver Springs project comprising gas processing and storage facility, pipelines and gas production licences from AGL and on the acquisition of interests in the Waldegrave gas project from Armour Energy and Southernpec Corporation (Surat Basin).
• Advised Tamboran Resources on preparation of solicitor’s report to support its IPO and the development of and transactions associated with its Beetaloo basin gas project.
• Advising Pilot Energy in relation to the regulatory approvals and development of the MidWest CCS and blue hydrogen and ammonia project located at Cliff Head, offshore Perth Basin.
• Advising Solarig in relation to the regulatory approvals and development of a portfolio of Solar and green hydrogen projects in Queensland and New South Wales.
• Advised an Australian Bank on various domestic gas sale and gas transportation agreements, responses to regulatory gas inquiries and regulatory issues in relation to physical gas trading on the Australian East Coast.
• Advised KOGAS in relation to the negotiation of a long-term LNG SPA with Shell.
• Advised Trafigura on the negotiation of long-term sale and purchase agreements for Crude Oil and gas from Licences B5/27, G11/48, G1/48 and associated prepayment.
• Advised Mitsui O.S.K.Lines on the development of LNG to Powership facilities offshore Senegal and Mozambique with Karpower International BV and on the negotiation of long term LNG MSAs with Qatar Energy and Shell. (Lonergan)
• Advised TotalEnergies in relation to the negotiation of foundation agreements (State Agreements, Joint operating agreements and various operational agreements) for the development of Papua LNG.
• Member of AIEN drafting committees for Hydrogen (JOA and SPA) and CO2 SPA.
