Brent Delaney

Brent is a leading corporate M&A lawyer with a focus on servicing the region's best growth companies and the domestic and international institutions and funds that invest in them - from growth and private equity investments to strategic transactions and premium public markets deals. Brent has a broad practice but is best known as a deal maker in the technology and knowledge economy sectors.
Prior to joining Mills Oakley, Brent worked for firms including Hamilton Locke, K&L Gates and Ashurst. He also gained practical business and investment experience working at CSIRO in the VC / tech investment team and was also the corporate development manager of a Singapore based technology company.
