Morgan has practiced primarily in commercial litigation for over 10 years. Morgan has a depth of experience in commercial disputes. Morgan has conducted a significant volume of trials, applications and hearings across both State and Federal jurisdictions.

Morgan has acted for banks, property developers, small and large corporations, professionals and builders. Morgan is well regarded for her exceptional client service, diligence and know-how in successfully steering and resolving complex disputes.

Recent Projects

  • Successfully claimed breach of contract for failure to pay for services under agreements in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
  • Opposed an appeal to overturn a decision that found a jurisdictional error was committed which warranted prerogative relief under part 5 of the Judicial Review Act 1991 (Qld).
  • Proceedings to recover funds from borrowers and guarantors which were defended on the basis that the Bank engaged in unconscionable conduct in advancing the sums under the loan contracts.
