Myrna has over a decade of experience specialising in resolving complex intellectual property disputes across all areas – trade marks, copyright, patents, designs, misleading and deceptive conduct/reputational claims, and confidential information. Myrna also advises clients on the commercialisation of IP rights (including patents, trade marks, copyright and design), brand protection and manages large IP portfolios.

Myrna understands the business needs of her clients and prides herself in providing tailored commercial advice.

Myrna advises clients of all shapes and sizes including Federal and State government, multinationals, ASX listed entities and SMEs in a range of industries.

Myrna has represented clients in the Full Federal Court, Federal Court and NSW and Queensland Supreme Courts. Myrna has also appeared in hearings at the Trade Marks Office.

Myrna has also advised clients in successfully obtaining Letters of Request under the Hague Convention.
